Is the free plan really free?
Yes, completely free with no credit card required. You get 1 food scan per day, basic calorie tracking, the water tracker, and daily streak rewards. You can also earn credits by watching short rewarded video ads to unlock extra scans.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
When you choose the Premium plan, you get full access to every feature for 3 days at no cost. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial is over, you won't pay anything — you'll simply move back to the Free plan.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Both stores accept credit/debit cards, carrier billing, and platform-specific payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies. Generally, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. If you're not satisfied with NutriSnap for any reason, contact our support team and we'll help you through the refund process.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Credits you earn through ads, streaks, and referrals never expire and roll over indefinitely. Bonus credits included with paid plans are added fresh each billing cycle, but any unspent bonus credits from the previous month do carry over as well.
